How to use (1 serving): Bring 500ml of water to a boil with 70g of pork and 1 seasoning cube, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 150g of fresh noodles, cook about 1 more minute, and serve with vegetables. If using dry noodles, blanch 60g in boiling water for 10 minutes first (60g dry yields about 150g cooked).
