- Instructions for use: used as a seasoning for Nam Vang noodles
- Preparation: (serving for 1 person) 500ml 150g fresh noodles or 60g dry noodles, 1 Nam Vang noodles seasoning cube, 70g pork, vegetables.

- When using fresh noodles: put 1 Nam Vang noodles seasoning cube into 500ml of water and pork, boil for about 2-3 minutes. Put fresh noodles in the pot, boil for about 1 minute and serve with vegetables.
- When using dry noodles: blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes (60g of dry noodles will yield 150g of fresh noodles)
Boil 500ml of water and pork with 1 noodle seasoning cube of nam vang for 2-3 minutes
Put the prepared noodles into the pot, cook for another 1 minute and serve with vegetables.
