1. Return window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
2. Free returns & full refund — damaged, defective, or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a FREE return and a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we cover the return shipping and refund you in full.
3. Non-returnable items (refund only)
For food-safety reasons, perishable, fresh, frozen, bakery, and other ingestible products cannot be physically returned. However, if any of these items arrive damaged or defective, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery — no return needed.
4. How to start a return or refund
Email us at support@aefoodstore.com with: (1) your order number, (2) the affected item(s), and (3) a photo for any damaged or defective item. Our team responds within 1 business day with next steps.
5. Refunds
Once your request is approved, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
6. Exchanges
Need a different item? Contact us and we will help arrange an exchange.
