Rice vermicelli comes in several cuts: bun bo Hue and bun bo Hue dac biet for that soup, and bun tuoi Viet Nam, Tay Do, Thu Duc and Sai Gon for everyday bun. There is Quang noodle for mi Quang, and round, square and sesame rice paper.
For pho and braises there are whole spices — star anise, cinnamon bark, cloves and fennel seed — plus coco caramel, Phu Quoc fish sauce, oyster sauce and fried onion. Pickled lemon, pickled leek (cu kieu), pickled vegetables and quail eggs in brine fill the jar shelf.
Snacks are sesame and shrimp crackers, sesame coconut rice paper, almond, coconut, sesame and peanut cookies, and crispy krill. For steaming there are 3-tier stainless steel steamers from 24 to 40cm and banh cuon steamers in 28 and 30cm.

Nấu phở, kho nấu thì có gia vị nguyên hạt — hoa hồi, quế thanh, đinh hương, tiểu hồi — cùng nước màu dừa, nước mắm Phú Quốc, dầu hào và hành phi. Chanh muối, củ kiệu, dưa chua và trứng cút ngâm lo phần đồ hũ.
Ăn vặt có bánh giòn vị mè và vị tôm, bánh tráng dừa mè, bánh quy hạnh nhân, dừa, mè, đậu phộng, và tép rang giòn. Đồ hấp có xửng inox 3 tầng từ 24 tới 40cm và nồi hấp bánh cuốn 28 và 30cm.
