Shipping Policy

How we ship, what it costs, and when you'll get your order.

1. Delivery zones & free-shipping thresholds

  • DFW Local (Dallas–Fort Worth metro, ZIP 75001–76299) — free shipping on orders $59+
  • TX & OK (rest of Texas, plus all of Oklahoma) — free shipping on orders $59+
  • US Standard — free shipping on orders $69+. Covers: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
  • US Far — free shipping on orders $79+. Covers: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
  • Remote (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) — USPS rate calculated at checkout

2. Estimated delivery time

A&E Foodstore operates two locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area: our main fulfillment center at 76060 Kennedale, TX, and a second location at 76010 Arlington, TX. Online orders ship from the Kennedale fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times below are measured straight-line from 76060 Kennedale, TX:

  • Within ~20 miles of the warehouse → same-day delivery if you order before 12:00 PM CT (or next business day after that)
  • Within ~400 miles → +1 business day
  • Within ~700 miles → +2 business days
  • Further continental US → +3–5 business days
  • Far-reach states + AK/HI → +5–7 business days

3. Order cutoff times (Central Time)

  • Same-day delivery (within 20 mi): order before 12:00 PM CT
  • All other zones: order before 2:00 PM CT

Orders placed after cutoff are shipped on the next business day.

4. Weekends & holidays

We don't ship on Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holidays. Estimated delivery dates automatically roll to the next business day. Orders placed Friday after cutoff, Saturday, or Sunday will ship Monday (or the following business day if Monday is a holiday).

5. Important note on zone vs distance

Your free-shipping zone (the dollar threshold) and your delivery time (how long it takes) are calculated separately. A ZIP can be inside our DFW free-shipping zone ($59 threshold) and still take 1–2 days to deliver if the address is more than ~20 miles from the warehouse.

Example: 75201 (downtown Dallas) qualifies for the DFW $59 free-shipping threshold, but the delivery itself arrives the next business day, not same-day.

6. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, A&E Foodstore has completed its shipping obligation. We cannot automatically refund packages that carrier tracking confirms as delivered.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@aefoodstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf and provide all tracking and delivery records;
  • Assist you in filing a police report for stolen packages where applicable;
  • Issue a refund or replacement once the carrier claim has been approved.

Refunds for lost or stolen packages are processed after the carrier's claim is resolved. By placing an order, you agree that risk of loss for confirmed-delivered packages passes to the customer upon delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Local pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment at both of our locations — 76060 Kennedale, TX and 76010 Arlington, TX. Text us to schedule a pickup window — typically same-day if you reach out before noon.

2. Thời gian giao dự kiến

A&E Foodstore có hai địa điểm tại khu vực Dallas–Fort Worth: trung tâm xử lý đơn chính tại 76060 Kennedale, TX, và một địa điểm thứ hai tại 76010 Arlington, TX. Đơn hàng online được giao đi từ trung tâm Kennedale. Thời gian giao dự kiến dưới đây tính theo đường chim bay từ 76060 Kennedale, TX:

  • Trong bán kính ~20 dặm → giao trong ngày nếu đặt trước 12h trưa CT (đặt sau cutoff sẽ giao vào ngày làm việc kế tiếp)
  • Trong bán kính ~400 dặm → +1 ngày làm việc
  • Trong bán kính ~700 dặm → +2 ngày làm việc
  • Đất liền xa hơn → +3–5 ngày làm việc
  • Vùng rất xa + AK/HI → +5–7 ngày làm việc

3. Giờ cắt đơn (giờ Central Time)

  • Giao trong ngày (≤20 dặm): đặt trước 12h trưa CT
  • Các vùng khác: đặt trước 14h CT

Đơn quá giờ cắt sẽ tính từ ngày làm việc kế tiếp.

4. Cuối tuần & ngày lễ

Shop không giao Thứ 7, Chủ Nhật và các ngày lễ liên bang Mỹ. Ngày giao dự kiến sẽ tự nhảy sang ngày làm việc kế tiếp. Đơn đặt sau cutoff Thứ 6, ngày Thứ 7 hoặc Chủ Nhật sẽ ship Thứ 2 (hoặc ngày làm việc tiếp theo nếu Thứ 2 là lễ).

5. Lưu ý quan trọng — vùng ship khác với khoảng cách giao

Ngưỡng miễn phí ship (giá tối thiểu) và thời gian giao (giao bao lâu) được tính riêng. Một ZIP có thể nằm trong vùng free-ship DFW ($59) mà vẫn mất 1–2 ngày để giao nếu địa chỉ cách kho hơn 20 dặm.

Ví dụ: 75201 (trung tâm Dallas) đủ điều kiện free-ship DFW $59, nhưng đơn sẽ giao vào ngày làm việc kế tiếp, không phải giao trong ngày.

6. Hàng thất lạc, bị mất hoặc hư hỏng

Khi kiện hàng đã được đơn vị vận chuyển đánh dấu là đã giao (delivered), A&E Foodstore đã hoàn thành trách nhiệm giao hàng. Chúng tôi không thể tự động hoàn tiền cho các kiện hàng mà hệ thống tracking của đơn vị vận chuyển xác nhận đã giao.

Nếu đơn của bạn bị thất lạc trên đường vận chuyển hoặc bị hư hỏng khi nhận, vui lòng liên hệ support@aefoodstore.com trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày giao dự kiến. Chúng tôi sẽ:

  • Mở yêu cầu bồi thường (claim) với đơn vị vận chuyển thay cho bạn và cung cấp toàn bộ chứng từ tracking, giao hàng;
  • Hỗ trợ bạn trình báo công an địa phương đối với kiện hàng bị mất trộm, nếu cần;
  • Hoàn tiền hoặc gửi hàng thay thế sau khi yêu cầu bồi thường với đơn vị vận chuyển được chấp thuận.

Tiền hoàn cho hàng thất lạc hoặc bị mất được xử lý sau khi claim với đơn vị vận chuyển được giải quyết. Khi đặt hàng, bạn đồng ý rằng rủi ro mất mát đối với kiện hàng đã được xác nhận giao (delivered) chuyển sang khách hàng kể từ thời điểm giao, trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép.

7. Nhận hàng tại chỗ

Có thể nhận hàng trực tiếp tại cả hai địa điểm của chúng tôi — 76060 Kennedale, TX và 76010 Arlington, TX. Vui lòng nhắn tin đặt lịch trước. Đặt trước trưa thường có thể nhận ngay trong ngày.
