How to use: Tie the spices in a piece of cheesecloth or a spice bag and add to boiling water. Add your choice of beef or chicken bones and simmer for 1 to 2 hours for a deeply aromatic pho broth. Remove the spice bag before serving.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and reseal tightly after opening.
