Tapioca Pearl Orange Flavour

Instructions:
1. Boil 10 cups of water for every 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add tapioca slowly into boiling pot and stir lightly.
2. Wait until tapioca floats to water surface. Cover pot. Cook in medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and simmer another 2-3 minutes (Adjust time to soften tapioca to personal tastes).
3. Scoop out tapioca and let it rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out cooked tapioca into dry bowl and mix in sugar or honey.
4. Strain and add in desired amount of syrup/brown sugar.
5. Serve in drinks or on top of dessert.

Serving Tips:
1. Not to be consumed by children under 3 years of age! Children and the elderly should consume under adult supervision.
2. Please be careful when consuming hot drinks, and chew tapioca pearls thoroughly to avoid choking.
3. White powder on the surface of the tapioca pearls is starch. Large storage temperature differences can cause water vapour inside the package. Both appearances are normal and safe for consumption.

Storage: Keep in cool, dry place. Away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate in an airtight container after opening.

Tapioca Starch, Water, Edible Salt, Food Additives (Carboxymethyl Cellulose Sodium (E466), Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate (E1422), Acetate Starch, Sunset Yellow (E110), Guar Gum (E412), Sodium Acetate (E262), Sodium Dehydroacetate (E266), Edible Essence).

Trân châu vị cam

Cách nấu:
1. Cứ 1 chén trân châu thì đun sôi 10 chén nước trong nồi lớn. Cho trân châu vào từ từ rồi khuấy nhẹ.
2. Chờ trân châu nổi lên mặt nước thì đậy nắp, để lửa vừa nấu 2-3 phút. Tắt bếp rồi ủ thêm 2-3 phút (canh thời gian cho trân châu mềm vừa miệng).
3. Vớt trân châu ra ngâm nước lạnh 20 giây. Vớt ra tô khô rồi trộn đường hoặc mật ong.
4. Chắt bớt nước rồi thêm si rô hay đường nâu tuỳ ý.
5. Cho vào đồ uống hoặc rắc lên món tráng miệng.

Lưu ý khi ăn:
1. Không cho trẻ dưới 3 tuổi ăn! Trẻ nhỏ và người già phải có người lớn trông chừng khi ăn.
2. Cẩn thận khi uống đồ nóng, và phải nhai kỹ trân châu để tránh bị hóc.
3. Lớp bột trắng bám ngoài hạt trân châu là tinh bột. Nơi cất trữ chênh lệch nhiệt độ nhiều có thể làm đọng hơi nước trong gói. Cả hai hiện tượng đều bình thường và vẫn ăn được.

Bảo quản: Để nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát, tránh ánh nắng chiếu thẳng. Mở gói rồi thì cho vào hộp kín và cất tủ lạnh.
