AB Brand Rice Paper, 22 cm, 12 oz is a pack of round rice paper sheets, the wrapper used for Vietnamese fresh spring rolls (goi cuon). The 22 cm size is the common all-purpose diameter. The sheets are thin but hold together well once softened.

How to use: Dip one sheet in lukewarm water for about five seconds, lay it flat, add your filling — herbs, vegetables, shrimp, pork or chicken — then fold in the sides and roll it up firmly.
