How to use: Cook in a large pot of boiling water, stirring gently so the strands stay separate. Drain and rinse under cold running water, rubbing the noodles lightly with your hands until they feel clean and firm. Serve cold with a dipping sauce, or warm them briefly and add to hot broth. Follow the cooking time printed on the package.
