Description

Assi Organic Udon Noodles 270g is a packaged serving of organic Japanese-style udon: thick, smooth, round-cut strands with a soft yet springy chew. The taste is mild and neutral, so the noodles carry whatever broth, sauce or topping you pair them with.

  • Brand: Assi
  • Type: Organic udon noodles, Japanese style
  • Size: 270g
  • Great for: a hot udon noodle soup, pan-fried yaki udon, or a fast weeknight noodle bowl

How to use: Cook in a large pot of boiling water, stirring gently in the first minute so the strands separate. Drain, and rinse briefly under cool water if you want a firmer bite. Add to hot broth right before serving, or toss straight into a hot pan with your sauce and toppings. Cooking time varies, so follow the timing printed on the package.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the pack tightly or move the noodles to an airtight container.

Please refer to the printed label on the package for the full ingredient list, allergen and nutrition information.
