How to use: Bring water or chicken stock to a simmer, drop in a cube and stir until it fully dissolves, then taste and add another if you want the broth stronger. Add poached chicken, cooked pho noodles, onion, herbs and lime to finish the bowl. Season at the end, as the cube is already savoury.

Storage: Keep the cubes wrapped in their box in a cool, dry cupboard away from steam and direct sunlight, and close the box after taking one out.
