Coconut Tree Sweet Sour Mut Tac 5oz

Description

Coconut Tree Sweet Sour Mut Tac – Candied Kumquat (5 oz) is a Vietnamese preserved fruit snack made from kumquats candied to a chewy, glossy sweet-sour finish. Each piece keeps the bright citrus perfume of the fresh fruit, then delivers sugar, tartness and a faint bitter edge from the peel – the combination that makes o mai and mut so addictive. The 5 oz pack is a handy size for a handbag, an office drawer or the Tet snack tray.

• Net weight: 5 oz
• Taste: sweet and sour with a light citrus-peel bitterness
• Texture: soft, chewy, slightly sticky
• Best for: Tet snack trays, tea time, travel snacks, gifts

• Type / Loại hàng: candied / preserved kumquat (mứt tắc, ô mai tắc)

How to enjoy / Cach dung

Eat straight from the pack as a sweet-sour nibble. It is a classic partner for hot tea – the citrus cuts the tannin and the sweetness balances a strong brew. Many people also drop a piece or two into a glass of warm or iced water and stir to make a quick kumquat drink, or add it to a snack tray alongside other mut and o mai during Lunar New Year.

Storage / Bảo quản

Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, close it tightly or transfer to an airtight container; refrigerating helps in humid weather and keeps the pieces from sticking together.
