How to use: Open the pack and serve it straight away as a side dish, ideally chilled. It also goes into cooking: add it near the end for a fresh bite, or let it simmer in a soup, stew or fried rice so its tangy flavour spreads through the dish.
Storage: Store the unopened pack as directed on the package. Once opened, move any leftovers into a sealed container, keep them in the refrigerator and use them within a few days. Kimchi keeps fermenting in the fridge and becomes more sour over time.
