Star anise, cinnamon, ginger, dried shrimp, herbs and bones all stay contained, so you lift one bag out at the end instead of straining the whole pot or fishing pieces out one by one.

How to use: Fill the bag no more than about two thirds full so liquid can circulate freely through it, close the top, and simmer it in the pot as usual. Lift it out with tongs and discard once the broth has the flavor you want. Do not reuse them.
