Haidilao Beef Tallow Hot Pot Sauce 150g is a solid hot pot base block made with beef tallow, sold in a single-use pack. How to use: Follow the directions printed on the package. In general the block goes into a pot of water and is brought to a boil so it melts and disperses, then kept at a gentle simmer on a portable burner while everyone cooks their own pieces in it. Because tallow bases are rich, start with the water amount on the pack and add more water during the meal as the broth reduces.

Storage: Keep the unopened pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Use the whole pack once opened.
