Haidilao Hot Pot Tomato Soup Base 200g is a concentrated tomato-flavoured hot pot base in a single-use pack. Dissolve it in a pot of water and bring to a boil to build a mild, tangy-sweet broth for cooking thin-sliced meat, seafood, tofu, noodles and vegetables at the table. This is the non-spicy option in the Haidilao range.

How to use: Follow the directions printed on the package. In general the pack is emptied into a pot of water and brought to a boil, then kept at a gentle simmer on a portable burner while everyone cooks their own pieces. Add more water during the meal as the broth reduces.

Storage: Keep the unopened pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use the whole pack once opened.
