How to use: add the base to about 1–1.5 litres of water, bring to a boil, then cook thinly sliced beef, seafood, fish balls, tofu, leafy vegetables, mushrooms and noodles. The naturally sour-sweet tomato broth also makes a quick soup base for noodle bowls.
Storage: keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate any leftover broth and use within a short time.
