Haidragon TL-1318 Food Grinding Plate is a simple, practical kitchen tool for grinding and mashing fresh ingredients by hand. Use it to grate ginger, garlic, radish and other firm vegetables, or to mash soft fruit for sauces, marinades and homemade baby food. The textured grinding surface breaks ingredients down quickly without any electricity, so you stay in full control of the texture – from coarse to very fine.

How to use: hold the plate firmly, rub the ingredient over the grinding surface in a circular motion, then scrape off the paste. Rinse right away after use so food does not dry on the surface.
