Haorenjia Sichuan hot pot soup base 500g is a concentrated Sichuan-style hot pot base that you dissolve in water to build a broth. It is a dense, oily block of seasoning with a deep red color, and it makes a bold, spicy, mouth-tingling soup once it melts into the pot.

How to use: Bring water to a boil, add a portion of the base and stir until fully melted, then adjust with more water if you want it milder.
