Happy Lamb Mushroom Soup Hot Pot Base 130 g is a packaged soup base for hot pot, sold in a single 130 g pack. Stirred into boiling water it turns into a clear, savoury mushroom-flavoured broth with a gentle, non-fiery taste, so the meat, seafood and vegetables you cook in it still come through.

How to use: Empty the pack into a pot with roughly 1 to 1.5 litres of water, bring it to a boil and stir until it fully dissolves. Adjust with more water if you want a lighter pot. Once it is simmering, cook your hot pot ingredients in it a few pieces at a time and eat them straight from the pot.
Storage: Keep the unopened pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use the contents once the pack is opened; leftover prepared broth should be cooled, covered and kept in the refrigerator.
