Description
Japanese stainless steel sink garbage strainer 7.7cm A stainless-steel drain strainer in the plain, fine-holed Japanese style, sized 7.7cm across. It sits in the sink drain opening and traps food waste, grains of rice and small scraps while the water passes through, so the pipe below stays clear.
- Type: Sink drain strainer basket, stainless steel
- Size: 7.7cm
- Great for: Everyday kitchen washing up, catching rice and noodle scraps while draining pots, replacing a worn or rusted strainer that came with the sink
How to use: Measure your drain opening and compare it with the 7.7cm size first, because sink fittings are not all the same. Place the strainer into the opening so the rim sits level on the drain edge, then use the sink as usual. Lift it out to empty the scraps into the bin and rinse it under running water. Every so often, scrub the holes with dish soap and a soft brush so nothing clogs the mesh.
Storage: Rinse and shake off the water after use, then let it air-dry or dry it with a cloth before putting it away so water does not sit on the surface.
Please refer to the printed label on the package for full product specifications and care instructions.

How often should I empty it?

Can I put it in the dishwasher?
