How to use: Lay nori on the mat, spread rice and fillings, then lift and roll while pressing gently for a tight, even roll. Wrap the mat in plastic wrap for easier cleanup when making inside-out rolls. Also great for Korean kimbap and shaping rolled omelets.
Care: Hand wash with warm water, avoid soaking, and air dry completely before storing to keep the bamboo in good shape.
