Kim Tu Thap Madras Curry Powder (4 oz) is a fragrant ground curry blend in the Madras style, the version most Vietnamese cooks use for ca ri ga, ca ri bo and curry-flavoured stir fries. How to use / Cach dung

For Vietnamese-style chicken curry, rub a spoonful of the powder into the meat with salt, sugar and aromatics and let it marinate before cooking. When you start the pot, saute onion, garlic and lemongrass, add the curry powder to the hot oil for a few seconds to bloom the aroma, then add the meat, water or broth and finally coconut milk. Serve with bread, rice noodles or steamed rice. It also works stirred into soups, dipping sauces, marinades for grilled meat and curry fried rice.
