Laos Steamer Pot 26cm is a traditional-style steamer pot set sized for everyday family cooking. The 26cm diameter fits comfortably on home stoves and gives you enough room to steam generous portions in one go.

How to use: Fill the bottom pot with water, bring to a boil, then place food in the steamer section and cover. Ideal for Lao and Thai style sticky rice (khao niao / xoi), banh bao, dumplings, steamed vegetables, seafood and reheating leftovers without drying them out. Line with banana leaf, cheesecloth or parchment to prevent sticking.
Care: Wash and dry thoroughly after each use. Avoid harsh scouring on the surface and do not let the pot boil dry while steaming.
