Open and eat straight from the bag. This is one of the more complex chip flavours on the market, so it is worth eating a few slowly at first to pick out the coconut, lime and tamarind notes. It goes well with cold beer, soda water or Thai iced tea, and makes an interesting addition to a party snack table beside plainer chips. The 48 g size is a single-sitting bag.
