You dissolve it in water to build the broth for a hot pot at the table, where thin slices of meat, seafood, tofu, noodles and vegetables are cooked piece by piece as you eat. How to use: Follow the directions printed on the package. In general the pack is emptied into a pot of water and brought to a boil, then kept at a gentle simmer on a portable burner while everyone cooks their own pieces in it. Add more water during the meal as the broth reduces, and adjust the strength to taste.
Storage: Keep the unopened pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use the whole pack once opened.
