Description
Liu Yishou Assorted Hot Pot Seasoning Base 300 g is a concentrated hot pot seasoning base in a 300 g pack. It goes into a pot of water and melts down into a deeply savoury, aromatic broth for cooking thinly sliced meat, seafood, tofu, noodles and vegetables at the table, in the style of a Chongqing-style hot pot meal.
- Brand: Liu Yishou
- Type: Hot pot seasoning base, concentrated broth block
- Size: 300 g
- Great for: weekend hot pot with family or friends, a seasoned broth for noodles, a one-pot dinner cooked at the table
How to use: Add the base to a pot with about 1.5 to 2 litres of water, bring it to a boil and stir until it dissolves. Use less water for a stronger pot, more for a milder one. Keep the pot at a gentle boil and cook your ingredients a few pieces at a time, dipping them in your favourite sauce as you eat.
Storage: Keep the sealed pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you only use part of it, wrap the remainder tightly and keep it in the refrigerator, then use it within a few days.
Please refer to the printed label on the package for the full ingredient list, allergen and nutrition information.
