Open the lid part way, add the seasoning sachets, pour in boiling water to the fill line, close the lid and wait the time printed on the package. Stir well before eating so the seasoning distributes evenly through the delicate noodles. It is easy to upgrade: add a soft-boiled egg, a handful of bean sprouts, sliced spring onion, fresh herbs, a squeeze of lime, or a spoon of chilli paste if you want heat.
