Hakata Nagahama-style pork bone broth has a rich flavor, made by cooking pork bone broth with onions and other ingredients over high heat, adding white pepper, ground sesame and roasted sesame, and seasoning with soy sauce. Seasoning oil is specifically selected to use the rich flavor of cooked pork.
