NOH Chinese Roast Chicken Seasoning Mix is a pre-measured seasoning packet from Hawaii’s NOH Foods, made for producing Chinese-style roast chicken at home without assembling a long list of spices. How to use / Cach dung
Pat the chicken dry, then rub the seasoning mix evenly over the skin and inside the cavity, following the directions printed on the packet. Let it marinate in the refrigerator – an hour is enough, overnight is better – then roast until the juices run clear and the skin is browned and crisp. An air fryer works well for pieces and wings. Rest the chicken for several minutes before carving so the juices redistribute. The same mix is good on pork ribs and pork belly.

Keep unopened packets in a cool, dry cupboard away from steam and direct sunlight. If any mix is left over, fold the packet tightly or transfer it to a small airtight container so it does not absorb moisture and clump.
