Vietnamese Banh Khot Pan, 10 Cups, with Lid: a thin aluminum pan with a non-stick coating for making crispy, bite-size banh khot at home.

Please check the size before you order:

• Pan size: 11 in (28 cm) across without handles; 12.5 in (32 cm) with handles
• Cups: 10 small cups, each about 2 in (5 cm) across, for bite-size mini pancakes (1 or 2 bites each). Not for full-size pancakes.
• Material: thin, lightweight aluminum with non-stick coating. It is not heavy cast iron.
• Stove: best on a gas stove. The bottom is not flat, so it does not work on induction or glass-top stoves.
• In the box: 1 pan + 1 lid (the lid is about 9.75 in / 25 cm across)

How to use: Heat the pan on a gas stove, brush each cup with a little oil, pour in the batter, cover with the lid and cook until the edges are crisp and golden. Lift out gently and serve hot with herbs and dipping sauce.

Care: Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild soap, dry fully before storing. Use wooden or silicone tools to protect the non-stick coating.
