Oh! Ricey Phnom Penh Style Noodles are Vietnamese instant rice noodles with a Phnom Penh style seasoning. The rice noodles soften in about 3 minutes with hot water, giving a light, clear-broth bowl with no cooking pot needed.

How to use: Put the noodles and the seasoning sachets in a bowl, pour in boiling water, cover for about 3 minutes, then stir well. Fresh herbs, bean sprouts, a squeeze of lime or sliced chili all suit this bowl.
