How to use: Put the noodles and the seasoning sachets in a bowl, pour in boiling water, cover for about 3 minutes, then stir well. Fresh herbs, bean sprouts, a squeeze of lime or sliced chili all suit this bowl.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
