ONG CHA VA Shrimp Satay 180g is a chili satay in oil made with shrimp. It is a thick, reddish paste with visible bits suspended in the oil, and it tastes savory and lightly spicy with the distinct aroma of dried seafood that Vietnamese sate jars are known for.

How to use: Stir the jar well so the oil and solids mix, then add half a spoonful to a bowl of noodles or soup and adjust to taste. It can also be stirred into a marinade before grilling, or mixed with lime and seasoning for a dipping sauce.
Storage: Keep the unopened jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, close it tightly and keep it in the fridge, scooping with a clean dry spoon each time.
