How to use: Bring water to a boil, add the noodles and the soup base, and cook for a few minutes until the noodles loosen and turn springy, stirring now and then. Follow the water amount and timing printed on the package. A beaten egg, sliced scallions, a slice of cheese or extra kimchi are common additions.
