How to use: Bring water to a boil, add the noodles and the soup base, and cook for a few minutes until the noodles loosen and turn springy, stirring now and then. A beaten egg, sliced scallions, mushrooms, extra kimchi or a slice of cheese all work well. Qua trung danh tan, hanh la, nam, them kim chi hoac mot lat pho mai deu rat hop.
Can I make it without soup? / Co lam kieu mi kho duoc khong?
