How to use: Dissolve a few spoonfuls in boiling water or beef stock, adjusting to taste. Pour over cooked pho rice noodles with sliced beef, onion, scallion and cilantro; add hoisin, sriracha and lime as desired. Also handy for hu tieu, beef stew broths and quick noodle soups.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening, keep the lid tight and use a clean, dry spoon.
