How to use: Dissolve the soup base into boiling water to taste. A separate spice filter bag is included inside the jar to add fragrance to the broth. Serve with rice noodles, poached chicken, onion, cilantro and fresh herbs. A 10 oz jar can make up to 20 bowls of pho.
Ingredients: Salt, sugar, chicken fat, dried chicken broth, dextrose, yeast extract, fish sauce (fermented anchovies and maltodextrin), spices, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate. Spice filter bags are packed separately inside.
