Description
Salonpas Hot Capsicum Patch (Large Size) is a large adhesive patch containing capsaicin, a natural ingredient derived from chili peppers. The flexible, high-elasticity patch is designed for areas such as the elbows, knees, ankles and other joints that move often.
- For external use, applied to the skin over the affected area.
- Used to relieve muscle and joint discomfort, backache, bruises and sprains, per the product label.

- Wear time up to 8 hours per application, following the label directions.
Directions (per label): Adults and children over 12 – clean and dry the area, remove the patch from the film and apply, no more than 3 times per day and no longer than 7 consecutive days; remove after 8 hours. Children under 12 – consult a doctor before use.
Warnings: Do not apply to eyes or open wounds. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Use caution during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur.
