How to cook
Boil the noodles in about 600ml of water for roughly five minutes, then drain almost all the water, leaving a small amount in the pan. Turn off the heat, stir in the liquid sauce sachet until every strand is coated, then sprinkle the flake sachet on top. Serve immediately while hot. To soften the heat, stir through a slice of cheese, a spoon of mayonnaise or a splash of milk. Popular add-ins include a fried or soft-boiled egg, sliced sausage, shrimp, mushrooms, spring onion and blanched greens. Because the sauce is concentrated, add it gradually if you prefer a milder bowl.
