How to use: When the rice has finished cooking and rested, run the edge of the paddle through it and turn it over gently so the grains loosen and separate, then scoop into bowls. Dipping the paddle in a little water first helps the rice slide off instead of sticking. Use a gentle hand inside a coated cooker pot so the surface does not get scratched, and wash the scoop in warm soapy water after use.
