Description

Self Balancing Food Sprouted Bean & Grain 64oz A dry sprouted bean and grain blend in a 64oz container, meant to be prepared with hot water or cooked into everyday dishes. It has the mild, gently toasty, faintly nutty character of cooked beans and whole grains, and it carries other flavours well, so it works plain or sweetened to taste.

  • Brand: Self Balancing Food
  • Type: Dry sprouted bean and grain blend, pantry staple
  • Size: 64oz
  • Great for: A warm breakfast drink or porridge, stirring into congee and soups, adding body to home-cooked grain dishes

How to use: Follow the preparation directions printed on the package. In general, stir the amount you want into hot water and mix until smooth and lump-free, or simmer it with water on the stove until it reaches the thickness you like. Add more liquid if it thickens too much as it stands, and sweeten or season to taste. It can also be stirred into porridge, congee or soup near the end of cooking.

Storage: Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry cupboard, away from direct sunlight, steam and moisture. Use a dry spoon each time and reseal well after opening.

Please refer to the printed label on the package for the full ingredient list, allergen and nutrition information.
