How to use: Follow the preparation directions printed on the package. In general, stir the amount you want into hot water and mix until smooth and lump-free, or simmer it with water on the stove until it reaches the thickness you like. Add more liquid if it thickens too much as it stands, and sweeten or season to taste. It can also be stirred into porridge, congee or soup near the end of cooking.

Storage: Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry cupboard, away from direct sunlight, steam and moisture. Use a dry spoon each time and reseal well after opening.
