How to use: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, add the noodles and stir straight away so the strands do not stick together. Cook until just tender with a slight bite, then drain and rinse briefly under cold water to firm them up and wash off surface starch. Top with a thick sauce or toss into a hot pan. The 3 lb bag portions easily, so cook only what you need.
Storage: Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and steam. Reseal tightly or move the remaining noodles into an airtight container after opening. Cooked noodles are best eaten right away.
