Soo Brand Korean Original Noodle 3lb is a bulk pack of dried Korean-style wheat noodles. The strands are straight and dried in bundles, so you can pull out one portion at a time. They cook in a few minutes and work in soup, in stir-fried noodle dishes, or cold with a sauce.

How to use: Follow the cooking time printed on the package. In general, boil the noodles in plenty of water, stirring so they do not stick, then drain. For a cold dish, rinse them under cold running water to firm up the strands and wash off surface starch. For soup, add the drained noodles to the broth just before serving so they do not go soft.
Storage: Keep the dry noodles in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight, and close the pack after opening. Cooked noodles are best eaten the same day.
