Original Korean kimchi sauce from the renowned Surasang brand.

Kimchi Base is a thick, aromatic sauce with an intense and complex flavor, featuring a blend of spices that define its characteristic taste. Enriched with corn syrup, fruit puree, fragrant garlic, and onion, it serves as an excellent addition to fried and cooked dishes and is a fantastic, ready-made marinade for preparing quick kimchi.

This base sauce is an excellent substitute for fresh ingredients, imparting the perfect flavor, sharpness, and color to countless Korean and Japanese dishes such as fried rice with kimchi (kimchi bokkeumbap), kimchi pancakes (kimchi buchimgae), or kimchi nabe stew.

Quick Kimchi Preparation:

To make quick and flavorful kimchi, cut the vegetables into small pieces and pour over the ready-made sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside for 1-2 hours until the ingredients soften and absorb the flavor. Instant banchan is ready! :)
