Kimchi Base is a thick, aromatic sauce with an intense and complex flavor, featuring a blend of spices that define its characteristic taste. Enriched with corn syrup, fruit puree, fragrant garlic, and onion, it serves as an excellent addition to fried and cooked dishes and is a fantastic, ready-made marinade for preparing quick kimchi.

This base sauce is an excellent substitute for fresh ingredients, imparting the perfect flavor, sharpness, and color to countless Korean and Japanese dishes such as fried rice with kimchi (kimchi bokkeumbap), kimchi pancakes (kimchi buchimgae), or kimchi nabe stew.

Quick Kimchi Preparation:

To make quick and flavorful kimchi, cut the vegetables into small pieces and pour over the ready-made sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside for 1-2 hours until the ingredients soften and absorb the flavor. Instant banchan is ready! :)

Sốt sánh đặc, dậy mùi, vị đậm và nhiều tầng nhờ hỗn hợp gia vị làm nên nét riêng của sốt. Có thêm siro bắp, trái cây xay nhuyễn, tỏi thơm và hành nên vừa nêm được cho món chiên, món nấu, vừa là hũ sốt ướp làm kim chi nhanh.

Sốt này thay được cho cả mớ nguyên liệu tươi, cho ra đúng vị, đúng độ cay và đúng màu của vô số món Hàn, món Nhật như cơm chiên kim chi (kimchi bokkeumbap), bánh xèo kim chi (kimchi buchimgae) hay lẩu kim chi nabe.

Làm kim chi nhanh:

Muốn có kim chi ăn ngay mà vẫn đậm đà thì cắt rau củ ra miếng nhỏ, rưới sốt lên, trộn thật đều rồi để 1-2 tiếng cho rau mềm và thấm vị. Vậy là có món banchan ăn liền. :)

Cảnh báo dị ứng: Sản phẩm có chứa lúa mì và cá (cá cơm). Có thể lẫn vết của động vật giáp xác, trứng, đậu phộng, sữa, các loại hạt, mù tạt, hạt mè và sunfit.

Bảo quản: Để nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát. Mở nắp rồi thì cất tủ lạnh. Sản phẩm không để được lâu.
