How to use: Rinse the millet in cool water until the water runs mostly clear. For multigrain rice, add a small handful to your usual pot of rice, add a little extra water and cook as normal. To cook it on its own, simmer with several parts water until the grains are soft, or use the grain setting on a rice cooker.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and moisture. After opening, transfer to an airtight container.
