Surasang Seasoned Seaweed Original 60g is Korean gimjaban, seasoned seaweed that has been roasted and broken into small flakes rather than sold in whole sheets. It is used as a topping and mix-in: sprinkled over hot rice, folded into rice balls, or scattered over noodles, eggs and salads.

How to use: Spoon it straight from the pack over a bowl of hot rice, or mix it into warm rice and roll the rice into balls in your palm. A little toasted sesame oil stirred in first helps everything hold together. It also works scattered over noodles, fried eggs, soups and salads.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Close the pack tightly after opening so the flakes stay crisp, and use within a reasonable time.
