How to use: Sprinkle straight from the pack over a bowl of hot rice, or mix into warm rice and roll it into rice balls in your palm; a little toasted sesame oil stirred in first helps the rice hold together. It also works over noodles, fried eggs, porridge and salads.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Close the pack tightly after opening so the flakes stay crisp.
