How to use: Spoon some sauce into a small pot with water, bring it to a boil, then add a tube or block of soft tofu broken into large pieces along with whatever else you like, such as mushrooms, onion, seafood, meat or an egg cracked in at the end. Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot with rice. Start with a smaller amount of sauce and add more to taste.

Storage: Keep the unopened pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, seal the pack or transfer the sauce into a covered container and keep it in the refrigerator.
