Swan Banh Cuon Steamer 26cm (SUS 304 Stainless Steel) is a purpose-built steamer for making Vietnamese steamed rice rolls (banh cuon) at home. The 26cm stainless steel design gives you an even cooking surface and durable, food-safe construction.

Fill the pot with water, bring to a boil, stretch the steaming cloth over the rim, then ladle a thin layer of rice batter and cover to steam until the sheet sets. Lift the delicate rice sheet, add your filling and roll. The stainless steel build heats evenly and is easy to clean.

Hand wash and dry thoroughly after use. Store in a dry place to prevent water spots.
