How to cook

Place the noodle block in a bowl with the seasoning sachets, pour in about 400ml of boiling water, cover and wait roughly three minutes, then stir well before eating. To cook on the stove, boil the noodles for two to three minutes in a small pot, add the seasoning and serve hot. Make it a fuller meal with a cracked egg, sliced pork or beef, shrimp, fish balls, mushrooms, spring onion, coriander and blanched greens such as bok choy or bean sprouts. A squeeze of lime and a few chilli slices lift the shrimp broth nicely.

Storage

Keep the packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Store the pack sealed until you are ready to cook and check the date printed on the packaging.
