How to use: Open a pack and eat the sheets straight from the tray. They are also good torn over steamed rice, rolled around a spoonful of rice as a quick hand roll, or crushed on top of ramen, congee, poke bowls and green salads just before serving so they stay crisp.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seaweed goes soft quickly once air gets in, so eat each pack soon after opening rather than saving it.
