How to use: Measure it in a spoon at a time and taste as you cook, because the heat builds fast. Work it into a kimchi seasoning paste, stir it into a simmering stew or soup, rub it into meat with your other seasonings, or whisk it into a sauce or dressing. A final sprinkle over the plate adds colour.
